Anna Rawson
Anna turned professional at 23 and became an overnight superstar. Anna suffered a traumatizing event when she was young. Then, to have more quality time spent with her father and older brother, she took up playing golf. Anna aged barely 16 at the time, began modeling when she reached the finals of Dolly Magazines' cover contest. Anna has been modeling since then. There's much that Anna is more than meets the eye. Anna Rawson is a highly successful businesswoman, co-founding Seedlyfe Superfoods, a company that is super-food. Anna Rawson and Willy Rawson, her brother aged 4 were raised by her father after the passing of their mother. As Anna was growing up the father (Jim Rawson) as well as her mother (Dianna Rawson) separated, putting Dianna to plunge into a downward spiral of depression that was extreme. Dianna went to an facility and was given the needed help. But, she ended her own life when she was just 5 leaving Anna's family devastated and heartbroken. Anna's life was hard for her. She was forced to learn to this new normal of life without a mother. It was an awful experience that no child should endure. Her father Jim was a wonderful support and a person with who she became extremely close. Jim Rawson was a former soccer player from Glenelg, and they enjoyed the sport. Anna confessed that her only motivation for playing golf when her mother passed away was the desire to get closer the father she had. However, she quickly realized that she was a fan. (The charming golfers certainly did help!) Anna took up golf in order to cope with the grief following the death of her mother. She improved her game and soon was able to make her passion a full-time career. This is an amazing goal. Rawson attended St. Martin Boarding School, and then completed her schooling via homeschooling. Anna admits that she took the decision to go to an institution on the basis of naivete rather than logic. In the wake of receiving invitations from top schools such as Yale and Harvard Anna was accepted to Immanuel College located in Southern Australia in a climate that is not as bad. Anna was then accepted to the University of Southern California, getting an All-Pac 10 honourable mention three times. The combination is stunning! The graduate received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in Southern California and continued to study, eventually earning an MBA from Columbia Business School.
